Born in the Netherlands with an early obsession for sunnier skies, I eventually landed in Panama: far on the map, but conveniently EST.
My e-commerce journey took me from general management to CRO to email marketing, where it all came together. To me, email is exciting; it’s contained enough for proper testing, impactful enough to drive real results, and constantly evolving. I specialize in flow automations and retention strategies, with a special interest in cross-channel integrations to drive results even further.
Fun fact: Although Dutch is my mother tongue, I speak it the least. My days are mostly in English and Spanish, and recently I completely blanked on a Dutch word mid-conversation. I definitely relate to the term “byelingual.”
