Strategy Consulting 3 Months

Overview

The Strategy Consulting 3 Months project is a fixed-scope service focused on reviewing the Client's existing creative and campaign strategy and performance using Shopify, Meta ad and Klaviyo email performance data. The purpose of this service is to provide strategic direction and recommendations.

Strategy Consulting 3 Months supports informed decision-making and does not include implementation.

Scope of Work

Strategy Consulting 3 Months is analytical, strategic and advisory in nature. Unless explicitly agreed in writing, Strategy Consulting 3 Months does not include:

• Strategy or fix implementation

• Tools or campaign setup

• Creation of Standard Operating Procedures

• Automation configuration

• Ongoing support or execution beyond the term of the agreement. 

Any work outside the scope of the Strategy Consulting 3 Months requires a separate agreement.

Deliverables

Strategy Consulting 3 Months includes:

• Recommendations based on creative and campaign plan reviews

Light research into tactics and strategies shared in docs or chat

• Bimonthly 30 minute live call via Google Meet

• Reviews of in-platform campaign/ tech setups during live calls

• Access to me via Slack for async chat support

Agency Responsibilities

We agree to:

• Review all materials and information provided by the Client with reasonable care and professionalism

• Provide recommendations based on experience, best practices, and performance data available at the time

• Communicate clearly regarding scope, timelines, and next steps

• Provided responses via Slack within 3 business days

Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during onboarding

• Grant access to relevant tools and documents

• Respond to onboarding questions and follow-up requests within 3–5 business days

The 3–5 business day window is a preferred response time to keep things moving efficiently. Work won't be immediately cancelled over a delayed reply, but if the Client remains unresponsive for more than 14 consecutive days, the Agency reserves the right to close the Strategy Consulting 3 Months project and deliver the final summary based on the information available at that time. Re-opening a closed project may incur an additional fee.

Timeline

The Strategy Consulting 3 Months project begins on the date onboarding materials are sent to the Client. The consulting engagement ends after 90 days of service, or with the final clarity call, which marks the formal completion of the service.

Timelines are estimates and may vary based on:

• Client responsiveness

• Data complexity across the tech stack

• Scheduling availability

• Unforeseen circumstances or force majeure

Timelines are not guaranteed.

Payment & Refund Policy

Full month payment is required to book the Strategy Consulting 3 Months. 

Payments are fully refundable within 24 hours of purchase, provided work has not begun.

After 24 hours: If engagement has not begun, a partial refund of up to 50% may be issued at the Agency's discretion.

Once engagement has begun: Payments are non-refundable.

In the event of a chargeback or payment dispute initiated by the Client after work has commenced, the Agency reserves the right to withhold all deliverables until the matter is resolved.

Intellectual Property, Marketing & Confidentiality

All strategic recommendations, documents, and materials delivered in the Strategy Consulting 3 Months are created for the Client's use. The Agency retains the right to use the Client's name, logo, general project descriptions, testimonials, and anonymized learnings for marketing, portfolio, and case studies, unless the Client requests otherwise in writing.

Sensitive internal data remains strictly confidential, including (but not limited to) client lists and contacts, financial records and pricing, proprietary processes or SOPs, internal communications, login credentials, and anything the Client marks as confidential. These confidentiality obligations apply to both parties and remain in effect indefinitely, surviving the end of the engagement. If the Client wishes to remain anonymous in any public materials, they may notify the Agency in writing at any time before the final Strategy Consulting 3 Months delivery.

Exceptional Circumstances

If the service cannot be delivered due to Agency staff illness or force majeure, a prorated refund will be issued for any work not completed. In rare cases where expectations are found to be clearly misaligned prior to meaningful work being delivered, a partial refund (up to 25%) may be issued at the Agency’s discretion.

Confidentiality, Data & AI Tools (GDPR)

All business information and system structures shared are strictly confidential and handled according to GDPR standards. We only collect the minimum data necessary to perform the service and will never share it with third parties. We use AI-assisted tools to support the delivery of this service, including organizing and summarizing information you share with us. Your data is processed confidentially, is not shared with third parties, and is not used to train AI models. By engaging our services, you consent to this use of AI tools as part of our workflow. If tool access is granted, it is the Client's responsibility to revoke it once the work is complete, though they may do so at any time.

Nature of Service & Liability

The Strategy Consulting 3 Months project is an advisory service focused on e-commerce marketing strategy and channel and funnel performance (Shopify, Klaviyo and Meta). The Client is responsible for assessing fit, implementation, and all resulting business outcomes. No specific results are guaranteed. The Agency is not an executive decision-maker, business coach, or COO. To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount paid for the Strategy Consulting 3 Months. 

Implementation

Qualified Clients will be offered implementation, or the installation of our proprietary marketing system, the Responsible Growth Engine™. It requires a separate agreement. Completion of the Strategy Consulting 3 Months project does not obligate either party to proceed to implementation, ensuring that a high standard of professional and operational alignment is maintained for any subsequent builds.

Both the Agency and the Client reserve the right to decline moving forward into implementation for any reason. Completion of the Strategy Consulting 3 Months does not guarantee an offer to install the Responsible Growth Engine™, and installation services are governed by their own separate agreement and are not covered under these terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be handled under United States jurisdiction unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Acceptance of Terms

By completing payment for the Strategy Consulting 3 Months, the Client agrees to these terms and conditions.
