Responsible Growth Engine™ Installation
Overview
The Responsible Growth Engine™ Installation is a fixed-scope, 90-day implementation service. It covers designing, building and installing the Client's Meta ads and Klaviyo lifecycle email marketing system under one unified communication strategy, based on the Client's Shopify, Meta ad and Klaviyo email performance data. The purpose of this service is to deliver a working, scalable acquisition and retention system.
The Responsible Growth Engine™ Installation covers system build and setup. It does not include ongoing management after the installation term.
Scope of Work
The Responsible Growth Engine™ Installation is strategic and implementation-focused. Unless explicitly agreed in writing, it does not include:
Ongoing campaign or account management beyond the 90-day term
Ad spend, which is paid directly by the Client to Meta
Photo or video production, or final creative asset production beyond light editing, overlays and formatting, creative angle development
Shopify theme development, website design or CRO implementation
Advertising platforms other than Meta, or email platforms other than Klaviyo
Email flows beyond the agreed 4–6
Any work outside the scope of the Responsible Growth Engine™ Installation requires a separate agreement.

We agree to:
Review all materials and information provided by the Client with reasonable care and professionalism
Build and install the agreed system based on experience, best practices, and performance data available at the time
Communicate clearly regarding scope, timelines, and next steps
Provide responses via Slack within 3 business days
Client Responsibilities
The Client agrees to:
Provide accurate and complete information during onboarding
Grant access to relevant tools, ad accounts, and documents
Supply brand assets, product imagery, and creative materials needed for the build
Review and approve deliverables, and respond to follow-up requests, within 3–5 business days
The 3–5 business day window is a preferred response time to keep the build moving efficiently. Work won't be immediately cancelled over a delayed reply, but if the Client remains unresponsive for more than 14 consecutive days, the Agency reserves the right to close the Responsible Growth Engine™ Installation and deliver all completed work based on the information available at that time. Re-opening a closed project may incur an additional fee.
Timeline
The Responsible Growth Engine™ Installation begins on the date onboarding materials are sent to the Client. The installation ends after 90 days of service, or with the final handoff call, which marks the formal completion of the service.
Timelines are estimates and may vary based on:
Client responsiveness and approval turnaround
Data and setup complexity across the tech stack
Ad account review, restriction or approval delays by Meta
Scheduling availability
Unforeseen circumstances or force majeure
Timelines are not guaranteed.
Payment & Refund Policy
Pricing is scoped by the Client's growth stage and confirmed in writing before booking.
Payments are fully refundable within 24 hours of purchase, provided work has not begun.
After 24 hours: If onboarding has not been completed and no work has begun, a partial refund of up to 50% may be issued at the Agency's discretion.
Once work has begun: Payments are non-refundable.
In the event of a chargeback or payment dispute initiated by the Client after work has commenced, the Agency reserves the right to withhold all deliverables until the matter is resolved.
Intellectual Property, Marketing & Confidentiality
All campaign structures, email flows, and materials built in the Responsible Growth Engine™ Installation are created for the Client's use and become the Client's property upon full payment. The Responsible Growth Engine™ framework, methods, templates, and processes remain the Agency's intellectual property. The Agency retains the right to use the Client's name, logo, general project descriptions, testimonials, and anonymized learnings for marketing, portfolio, and case studies, unless the Client requests otherwise in writing.
Sensitive internal data remains strictly confidential, including (but not limited to) client lists and contacts, financial records and pricing, proprietary processes or SOPs, internal communications, login credentials, and anything the Client marks as confidential. These confidentiality obligations apply to both parties and remain in effect indefinitely, surviving the end of the engagement. If the Client wishes to remain anonymous in any public materials, they may notify the Agency in writing at any time before the final Responsible Growth Engine™ Installation handoff.
Exceptional Circumstances
If the service cannot be delivered due to Agency staff illness or force majeure, a prorated refund will be issued for any work not completed. In rare cases where expectations are found to be clearly misaligned prior to meaningful work being delivered, a partial refund (up to 25%) may be issued at the Agency's discretion.
Confidentiality, Data & AI Tools (GDPR)
All business information and system structures shared are strictly confidential and handled according to GDPR standards. We only collect the minimum data necessary to perform the service and will never share it with third parties. We use AI-assisted tools to support the delivery of this service, including organizing and summarizing information you share with us. Your data is processed confidentially, is not shared with third parties, and is not used to train AI models. By engaging our services, you consent to this use of AI tools as part of our workflow. If tool access is granted, it is the Client's responsibility to revoke it once the work is complete, though they may do so at any time.
Nature of Service & Liability
The Responsible Growth Engine™ Installation is an implementation service focused on e-commerce acquisition and retention systems (Shopify, Klaviyo and Meta). The Client is responsible for approving deliverables, ad spend decisions, and all resulting business outcomes. No specific results are guaranteed. The Agency is not responsible for ad account restrictions, policy changes, or platform outages outside its control. The Agency is not an executive decision-maker, business coach, or COO. To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount paid for the Responsible Growth Engine™ Installation.
Ongoing Management
Qualified Clients will be offered ongoing management of the installed system. It requires a separate agreement. Completion of the Responsible Growth Engine™ Installation does not obligate either party to proceed to ongoing management, ensuring that a high standard of professional and operational alignment is maintained for any continued work.
Both the Agency and the Client reserve the right to decline moving forward into ongoing management for any reason. Completion of the Responsible Growth Engine™ Installation does not guarantee an offer of ongoing management, and management services are governed by their own separate agreement and are not covered under these terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be handled under United States jurisdiction unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Acceptance of Terms
By completing payment for the Responsible Growth Engine™ Installation, the Client agrees to these terms and conditions.
