Growth Architecture Audit
Overview
The Growth Architecture Audit is a fixed-scope service focused on reviewing the Client's existing conversion funnel structure and performance, including Shopify, Meta ad and Klaviyo email performance data. The purpose of this service is to gain clarity on how the business currently acquires and retains customers, identify growth bottlenecks or inefficiencies, and provide strategic direction and recommendations.

Grant access to relevant tools and documents
Respond to onboarding questions and follow-up requests within 3–5 business days

The 3–5 business day window is a preferred response time to keep things moving efficiently. Work won't be immediately cancelled over a delayed reply, but if the Client remains unresponsive for more than 14 consecutive days, the Agency reserves the right to close the Growth Architecture Audit project and deliver the final summary based on the information available at that time. Re-opening a closed project may incur an additional fee.
The 3–5 business day window is a preferred response time to keep things moving efficiently. In the event of a chargeback or payment dispute initiated by the Client after work has commenced, the Agency reserves the right to withhold all deliverables until the matter is resolved.

Intellectual Property, Marketing & Confidentiality
All strategic recommendations, documents, and materials delivered in the Growth Architecture Audit are created for the Client's use. The Agency retains the right to use the Client's name, logo, general project descriptions, testimonials, and anonymized learnings for marketing, portfolio, and case studies, unless the Client requests otherwise in writing.

Sensitive internal data remains strictly confidential, including (but not limited to) client lists and contacts, financial records and pricing, proprietary processes or SOPs, internal communications, login credentials, and anything the Client marks as confidential. These confidentiality obligations apply to both parties and remain in effect indefinitely, surviving the end of the engagement. If the Client wishes to remain anonymous in any public materials, they may notify the Agency in writing at any time before the final Growth Architecture Audit delivery.

Exceptional Circumstances
If the service cannot be delivered due to Agency staff illness or force majeure, a prorated refund will be issued for any work not completed. In rare cases where expectations are found to be clearly misaligned prior to meaningful work being delivered, a partial refund (up to 25%) may be issued at the Agency’s discretion.

Confidentiality, Data & AI Tools (GDPR)
All business information and system structures shared are strictly confidential and handled according to GDPR standards. We only collect the minimum data necessary to perform the service and will never share it with third parties. We use AI-assisted tools to support the delivery of this service, including organizing and summarizing information you share with us. Your data is processed confidentially, is not shared with third parties, and is not used to train AI models. By engaging our services, you consent to this use of AI tools as part of our workflow. If tool access is granted, it is the Client's responsibility to revoke it once the work is complete, though they may do so at any time.

The Growth Architecture Audit is an advisory service focused on e-commerce marketing architecture, its operational effectiveness and channel and funnel performance (Shopify, Klaviyo and Meta). The Client is responsible for assessing fit, making implementation decisions, and all resulting business outcomes. No specific results are guaranteed. The Agency is not an executive decision-maker, business coach, or COO. To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount paid for the Growth Architecture Audit.
The Growth Architecture Audit is an advisory service focused on e-commerce marketing architecture, its operational effectiveness and channel and funnel performance (Shopify, Klaviyo and Meta). The Client is responsible for assessing fit, making implementation decisions, and all resulting business outcomes. No specific results are guaranteed. Implementation
Qualified Clients will be offered implementation, or the installation of our proprietary marketing system, the Responsible Growth Engine™. It requires a separate agreement. Completion of the Audit does not obligate either party to proceed to implementation, ensuring that a high standard of professional and operational alignment is maintained for any subsequent builds.

Both the Agency and the Client reserve the right to decline moving forward into implementation for any reason. Completion of the Audit does not guarantee an offer to install the Responsible Growth Engine™, and installation services are governed by their own separate agreement and are not covered under these terms.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be handled under United States jurisdiction unless otherwise agreed in writing.
